Answers to the questions employers ask us most often
Nothing. RTS Training handles recruitment, advertising, and candidate screening at no cost to you. The apprenticeship itself is government-funded. Most employers contribute just 5% of the training cost, and many smaller settings pay nothing at all.
No. Study days are online and scheduled monthly, so your apprentice stays in the nursery. Work-based learning happens during normal shifts. Assessment visits are booked in advance to fit around your routines.
We match carefully, but we understand it doesn't always work out. Your dedicated skills coach will work with you to address any concerns early. If needed, we can discuss next steps together.
Approximately 11 to 12 months, depending on the level. Your apprentice will progress through monthly masterclasses, work-based learning, and regular assessments. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Absolutely. Many of our employers recruit two or three apprentices at once. We'll manage recruitment and support for all of them, and they'll learn together as a cohort.
