They actively lead and mentor others, overseeing various aspects such as communication, planning, physical activity, and nutrition. They stay updated with industry advancements and play a significant role in developing the learning environment. Typically reporting to the head of the setting, they hold a key responsibility for ensuring quality learning and development within their domain.

End Point Assessment Gateway:

English and Maths level 2 as a minimum.

Completed Workplace Project.

End Point Assessment (Involving 2 Assessment Methods):

Simulated Task.

Project report & presentation with Q&A.
